Polyaluminum chloride (PAC) is a non-toxic, harmless, odorless, and easily soluble water-soluble product. It appears as a yellow, pale yellow, or white liquid or powder. The solid product readily absorbs moisture from the air. PAC is composed of a series of positively charged polyaluminum hydroxyl ions with different basicity levels. It has a strong charge neutralization and bridging effect on particles in water, causing colloidal particles to rapidly destabilize and coagulate, further bridging and flocculating to form flocs that settle quickly. Simultaneously, it powerfully removes toxic pollutants and heavy metal ions from water, exhibiting stable shape and excellent water purification effect. Raw materials used in product manufacturing: 1. High-quality aluminum hydroxide 2. High-quality calcium aluminate 3. High-quality hydrochloric acid Coagulation characteristics and performance: 1. Polyaluminum chloride is an inorganic polymeric coagulant, formed by the bridging effect of hydroxide ions and the polymerization of polyvalent cations to produce an inorganic polymeric water treatment agent with a large molecular weight and high positive charge. 2. The purified water quality is superior to that of inorganic coagulants such as ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate, and the cost is lower. 3. Fast dissolution, rapid floc formation, fast sedimentation, and strong treatment capacity. 4. Strong adaptability to raw water temperature, turbidity, and alkalinity. 5. Low aluminum and salt residue in treated water, which is beneficial for ion exchange treatment, membrane treatment, and high-purity water preparation. Main Applications: Urban sewage purification, industrial water supply and circulating water purification, oilfield reinjection water treatment, industrial wastewater purification, paper sizing, etc. Usage Instructions: 1. To achieve the best coagulation effect and most economical benefits, the optimal dosage should be determined through quantitative coagulation experiments before use. 2. This product should be dissolved and diluted first. When preparing the reagent solution, different concentrations should be determined according to different treatment targets. Generally, the concentration is 1-10%. Packaging and Storage: Solid products are packaged in 25KG double-layer bags. They should be stored in a ventilated and dry place, avoiding moisture absorption from the air. However, moisture absorption will not affect the use effect. Shelf life is 12 months. |
